The real estate sector, which has historically been male dominated, has seen a remarkable transformation over the years, with female real estate professionals increasingly assuming leadership roles. These female professionals continue to drive innovation, customer satisfaction, and leadership within the field. These trailblazing professionals include Nazia Shah, who has set a powerful example for young female professionals to follow.

Nazia just received the Wow Visionary Awards Qatar 2025. Her journey is a testament to resilience, adaptability, creativity, and vision.
“My name is Nazia Shah. I live in Dubai, UAE. I hold a Master’s Degree in Real Estate (NQF Level 5) along with several other professional courses. I am the CEO of Infinity Realty Group and Paramount Homes Real Estate UAE. I am also the Managing Director at MNS Estates Dubai,” Nazia said in her introduction. MNS Estates Dubai is Infinity Realty Group’s international subsidiary.
There are too many accomplishments for Nazia to mention them all here. Throughout her career, she has managed the construction of some of the most iconic properties in the UAE and Africa. The Infinity Towers, a series of residential skyscrapers that have become landmarks in Dubai’s real estate market, is one of her noteworthy projects. Her dedication and expertise earned her numerous industry awards and, more significantly, fostered lasting relationships with clients throughout Africa and the UAE.
“I have received several prestigious honors throughout my career, including the 2025 Wow Visionary Awards Qatar and the 2024 Women of Wonder Awards (London). I became the first South African woman to run a real estate company in Dubai and was named one of the top 40 CEOs in the MENA Region by the Business Elite 40 Under 40 in 2023. I have been featured in numerous publications, including Womenpreneur Middle East, Voice of Canada, Prime Canada TV, Vhakoma News, and UAE Stories magazine,” she explained.
Nazia’s transition from employee to entrepreneur is incredibly motivating. Growing up in South Africa, she was captivated by the buildings and areas around her. This curiosity led her to work in real estate. She gained extensive knowledge about real estate marketing and operations while working for multiple real estate companies.
Success comes to those who embrace challenges. Nazia is a wonderful illustration of this. She worked really hard and overcame many challenges to become the lady she is today. She currently owns and operates several businesses and is recognized as one of the top female entrepreneurs.

“I am truly blessed to have three wonderful kids: Zayhaan, Zahraa, and Zohaib. Balancing work, education, and motherhood was one of the most challenging things I had to accomplish, but I achieved it by being flexible, setting clear boundaries, and prioritizing tasks. Challenges, I believe, are not roadblocks, but rather chances to develop strength, resilience, and new skills.
