As CEO of the Arfa Karim Technology Incubator and the Arfa Karim Foundation, Tabinda is carrying forward the legacy of the late Arfa Karim Randhawa, Pakistan’s youngest Microsoft Certified Professional. The foundation has trained over 1 million youth and aims to empower an additional 1 million by 2028. Under her leadership, the foundation has expanded its IT and rural entrepreneurship programs across Punjab, providing technology training to underserved communities and enabling them to become financially independent.

The Arfa Karim Technology Incubator, which Tabinda oversees, serves as a hub for innovation and entrepreneurial development.
