Her Excellency Ambassador Dr. Antoinette Carole Grace Mbarga: Pioneering the Next Wave of Female Entrepreneurs and Humanitarians

Dr. Antoinette Carole Grace Mbarga is a trailblazing icon, a shining testament to the power of resilience, determination, and passion. Born and raised in Cameroon, Dr. Mbarga has spent several decades living in the Washington, DC, metropolitan area, where she has made an indelible mark as a Certified Global Trainer, Human Rights Advocate, and community activist.

As the Global Ambassador for Peace for the United Nations and the U.S. liaison for the Diaspora Innovation Institute, Dr. Mbarga has dedicated her life to helping others locally and globally. Her passion for social justice was ignited by her upbringing in Cameroon, where she witnessed extreme poverty, inequality, and social injustices firsthand. These early experiences sparked a fire within her, driving her to make a difference and leave a lasting impact.

Dr. Mbarga’s impressive resume includes working with people from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds, including low-income families, at-risk youth, people with disabilities, and immigrants from Latin America and Africa. She has also utilized social media to raise awareness about human trafficking, domestic abuse, women’s and girls’ rights, and gross human rights violations worldwide.

In addition to her impressive accomplishments, Dr. Mbarga is also the founder of the Miss Africa USA Internship Program, which she established in 2017.This innovative program supports girls’ education and encourages Black girls to pursue careers in STEM fields. Through this initiative, Dr. Mbarga has empowered countless young women to reach their full potential and become leaders in their communities.

As an entrepreneur, Dr. Mbarga is the CEO and Founder of Afiri Consulting International and The Mbarga Project. Afiri Consulting International offers expert advice and solutions on human rights, education, transformational leadership, and humanitarian challenges, while The Mbarga Project empowers women and children through education, leadership training, and community development.

Dr. Mbarga’s accomplishments have earned her numerous awards, including the US President’s Lifetime Achievement Award, the Gold Medal US President’s Volunteer Service Award, and the 2024 Iconic Woman Award, among many others. These accolades are a testament to her tireless efforts to create positive change and inspire others to do the same.

Dr. Mbarga’s story is a beacon of hope, inspiring countless individuals, particularly women and girls, to pursue their dreams and strive for excellence.
