Dr. Asma is the Managing Director of Moon Group Oman, a well-known logistics and supply chain firm. Since her appointment as managing director in August 2023, Moon Group has produced remarkable results. Under her direction, the company won “Best Logistics Company of the Year” at the Business Fair Awards and Summit 2025, demonstrating her outstanding leadership and entrepreneurial acumen.
Educational Leadership & Innovation
In addition to her outstanding career as a corporate leader, Dr. Asma has made a name for herself as an educator. Since 2023, she has been a lecturer at Sultan Qaboos University. She worked as a Senior Lecturer at Middle East College (MEC) from 2014 to 2023 before entering the corporate sector. During her tenure at MEC, she demonstrated a strong dedication to both student development and contemporary teaching techniques.

Dr. Asma has a strong academic background. She earned a PhD in Higher Education Research Evaluation and Enhancement from Lancaster University (UK) and a master’s degree in Applied Linguistics and TESOL from Newcastle University (UK).
