Jacksonville, Florida-based Beth works as the Chief Operating Officer of 1-800-BOARDUP. In this capacity, she oversees the company’s strategy and workforce. In her previous position as president, she was also in charge of 1-800-BOARDUP’s overall strategy.
Prior to joining the 1-800-BOARDUP team, she worked in corporate branding and marketing before taking on the role of president of ICE-TECH Advanced Lens Technologies in early 2014. She was the first female president of ICE-TECH and the youngest head of a lens firm.
In addition to being named one of the “Top 50 Women Leaders in Construction and Civil Works for 2025” by Women We Admire, Beth has received several accolades, including the 2012 Worldwide Who’s Who for Excellence in Advertising and Marketing, the 2013 Top 50 Most Influential People in the Optical World, the 2014 Top 500 Business Executives in the United States, the 2022 Asbury University Young Alumnus of the Year, the 2022 NAS Jacksonville Military Spouse of the Year, one of Jacksonville’s Most Influential Young Professionals in 2023, the 2024 Person on the Move to Watch by the Jacksonville Business Journal, and the Bronze Stevie Trophy in the American Business Awards’ “Woman of the Year: Business Services Industries” category.
