Dr. Randi is a retired language arts teacher with 37 years of expertise. She was an English as a Second Language (ESOL) teacher in Egypt in 2011–12 during the Egyptian Revolution. In addition to owning two Egyptian language centers, Rise Up and 6 October Nursery, which attest to her outstanding career as an education entrepreneur, she is also co-owner of RM Infinite (OneStop Possibilities).
Dr. Randi’s career as an author is really inspiring. In addition to co-writing 37 anthologies, 16 of which are best-sellers, she is the author of the well-known books Random Wanderings and Because I Believed in Me (My Egyptian Fantasy Came True). She is also the Master Editor of 26 books (14 best-selling books) and the Editor of three magazines: BGlobal Magazine, Morocco Pens, and Inspirations for Better Living.
Dr. Randi is renowned for her exceptional contributions to humanitarianism. She has already been the recipient of numerous prestigious humanitarian awards, but most recently, she was given the World Humanitarian Award’24 in recognition of her outstanding work toward world peace and humanity without regard to color, race, gender, religion, or nationality.
In addition to being a renowned teacher, author, education entrepreneur, and global humanitarian, Dr. Randi is also an international speaker, certified harmony life coach, holistic emotional intelligence coach, NLP practitioner, and communication mastery certified coach. She has given speeches on over 75 platforms, including radio, video, in-person, and Zoom.
Embracing obstacles is crucial for growth and success as it helps us develop resilience, courage, and perseverance. Dr. Randi exemplifies this brilliantly. To become the woman she is today, she overcame many challenges and put in a lot of work. Her journey has been filled with many ups and downs, many twists and turns, detours, and winding roads with bumps and cracks. From the time she was 15 years old until June 2022, when she had her second knee replacement, she had severe knee problems. She had to train herself to walk too many times after being unable to walk for a long time.
In 2014, she almost avoided death in a vehicle accident when she suffered internal organ damage and eight broken bones. Her recuperation took eight months of physical therapy.
As a part of her mental and emotional recovery and method to escape her severe pain, she wrote her 300-page novel Random Wanderings with her uninjured right hand. In 2019, she tragically lost her husband Bill to lung cancer after their 48-year marriage. She grieved deeply for several months. In summary, she never let obstacles stop her from achieving her goals; instead, she regarded them as opportunities to learn and grow.
Dr. Randi’s accomplishments are too many to list here. The 2024 Top 50 ChangeMakers Award, 2024 LOANI Positive Role Model and Peace Advocate for Day of Peace (Oct. 21), 2024 Global Iconic Changemakers of the 21st Century Award (Dr. Rosalind Willis), 2024 Global Visionaries Global Icon Author Award, 2024 LOANI, GSFE, AND GIA World Humanitarian Leadership Award, 2024 Woman of the Year Award (from Dr. Pauline Long in UK), 2024 Leadership and Legacy Award (from WOW and Dr. Angelica Benavides), 2024 LOANI Miracle Women Award, 2021 Humanitarian Award from the Nelson Mandela Foundation (South Africa), 2017 Top Professional of the Year in Language Arts, 2018 Top Female Professional, 2019 Empowered Woman, the 2022 Top Inspirational Entrepreneur and Lifetime Achievement Award, the 2023 Top Global Impact Influencer, and the Top 50 Fearless Leader Award are just a few of the honors she most recently received.
She has also been awarded three honorary doctorates, appeared on four billboards in NYC, Las Vegas, and Atlanta, Georgia, and has been recognized as an Outstanding Georgia Citizen and Distinguished Marshall University Alumna.
Being versatile is what distinguishes Dr. Randi from other professionals as seen by her remarkable accomplishments as a teacher, global humanitarian, international speaker, author, education entrepreneur, and coach.
Women still face a number of barriers and difficulties in their pursuit of professional advancement and leadership positions, notwithstanding advancements towards gender equality. Dr. Randi has unquestionably emerged as a role model for the upcoming generation of female professionals, encouraging them to grow as individuals, concentrate on their objectives, realize their full potential, and overcome challenges at work.
Despite progress made toward gender equality, women continue to encounter several obstacles and difficulties while pursuing leadership roles and career growth. For this reason, they require role models.
