Madame E: A World Renowned Female Entrepreneur

Despite challenges, several female entrepreneurs have achieved great career success and received recognition on a global scale. Madame E, a multi-award-winning businesswoman with her office headquarters in Houston, USA, is one such example.

Madame E has demonstrated how entrepreneurship can be a path to financial independence and leadership, even in male-dominated and competitive environments. I have faced ecosystem biases throughout this journey, and I know I will continue to face them and I will continue to show resilience and perseverance. For example: “At a networking event, someone suggested I let a man run the business because I’m a woman. I smiled and said, ‘If he is among the Top 10% of business leaders like I’ve been recognized, then gladly give him my business card.’’ Moments like these remind me that leadership should be earned, not assumed, and that resilience and competence define success.

It is quite amazing how she turned her passion into a powerful mission that is reshaping healthcare and inspiring people all around the world.

Founder of Muid Mecca Medical and The Faisal Foundation

Madame E is the Founder & CEO of Muid Mecca Medical, the first company to create a customized, patented medical device for kids with cleft conditions. In order to transform cleft therapy and provide every child with the chance for a better, healthier future, Mu’id Mecca Medical Corporation is dedicated to enhancing accessibility and promoting sustainable healthcare practices.

Madame E is also the founder & president of The Faisal Foundation, a non-profit organization devoted to helping children with cleft problems around the world receive medical scholarships. The foundation was established in honor of her son, Faisal with the mission of ensuring that all children, regardless of their financial situation, have access to life-changing medical care.

Global Impact

Madame E has distinguished herself as a transformative force in the healthcare sector globally. Her trailblazing initiative, the creation of the award-winning, non-invasive pre-surgical device HaloMed™, demonstrates her influence on a global scale, where cleft/craniofacial conditions are severely underrepresented, as she has witnessed this first hand due to her son being affected by this condition.

Awards & Recognitions

Madame E has received several prestigious honors throughout her academic and career. Her most recent accolades include being listed among the Top Arab Women Leaders of 2025 and being named a Woman-led “Icon” by The Arab Icons. She has been recognized as a “Global Impact Leader” and has been exclusively invited to join the Legacy Circle of Global Leaders Summit held in Dubai on November 5-6, 2025.

She has also been awarded the “Excellent in Healthcare Award 2025,” which she will be presented at the 2.0 Health Conference in Dubai, taking place in December 2025. Most notably, she has been nominated for the Professional Doctorate award in the Corporate, Social & Economic field, most specifically in Global Leadership and Management. The Professional Doctorate is one of the highest levels of certification at the European International University (EIU-Paris). It is an Honorary type, a Vocation-centric terminal award, conferred by EIU-Paris to deserving high profile candidates.

In addition, she has been featured in several cover story publications, Gulf Articles, CIO Business World, and other notable publications scheduled for release this fall. So, be on the look out for her ever-revolving, innovative entrepreneurship journey.

Academic Background

Madame E has a strong academic background. With a focus on Global Energy Management and Risk, she graduated from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. She has earned her Master of Jurisprudence at Texas A&M University, School of Law, where she studied Environmental & Energy, Patent Law, and Healthcare Law.

She began her professional journey by earning a Career Diploma in Pharmacy Technology from Penn Foster College, gaining practical experience in healthcare operations, and holding (now expired) the PTCB licensure from the State of Texas Board of Pharmacy—laying the foundation for her later advanced studies in finance, law, and healthcare innovation, along with holding several certifications as well.

From Humble Beginnings to World Renowned Entrepreneur

Madame E has worked in the healthcare, energy, finance, and aerospace sectors for more than 8 years. Her entrepreneurial journey is incredibly motivating.

Inspired by her son’s cleft experience, she founded Muid Mecca Medical and developed HaloMed™, a medical device for kids with cleft conditions. But the path to innovation was not paved with privilege—it required determination, resilience, and audacious, frequently lonesome decisions. She has demonstrated a unique approach to business, which not only contributes to economic development but also initiates social change in society.

Success comes to those who embrace challenges. Madame E is a wonderful illustration of this. To become the woman she is today, she put in a lot of effort and conquered many obstacles.
