Through Elevation Life Momentum Coaching, she assists women in their middle years to break free from being stuck and build unstoppable momentum, gain mentorship and coaching to finally achieve their dreams, and develop digital income streams that create lasting freedom. Women Emerge Inc. is an organization dedicated to women’s empowerment and breast cancer awareness. Dr. Novice also co-owns NeltaJoe Transport with her husband, Bobby McDaniel.

She studied psychology at Liberty University after graduating from Sonship School of the Firstborn. She also graduated from HIScoach Academy.
