Her first salon debuted in 1994. It was housed in ISJON House for nine years until October 2003, when she moved to a new location. Her second salon was established in 1997, this time especially for the use of the BA crew lodging at the PROTEA HOTEL MIDRAND. At present, she is effectively managing SabineG Health & Beauty Academy. Under her astute direction, SabineG Health & Beauty Academy has emerged as one of the most well-known and sought-after beauty enterprises.
Sabine’s training program demonstrates her dedication to assisting young people to become competent professionals. Sabine Health & Beauty Academy was established to provide students with specialized beauty training courses. The academy offers many courses, including Permanent Makeup, Dermaplaning, Lash Extensions, Ethnic Skin Techniques, Lashes, Microneedling, and Plasma. Despite making up 69% of the workforce in beauty, only around 36% of senior managerial roles are held by women (Edge Empower). Empowered women empower other women. The next wave of women may be inspired to pursue leadership positions in the beauty business by accomplished female executives such as Sabine. Here are some of her tips to help guide the next generation of female beauty entrepreneurs and leaders to success in their ventures:
Find your niche. Identifying a business niche helps you establish a devoted clientele, minimize competition, reduce marketing expenses, and boost revenue.
Identify your target audience. Knowing your target audience allows you to design products and services that address their requirements and expectations.
Set yourself apart from your competitors, particularly with creative branding or packaging. Build a strong brand identity. Customers will be more willing to conduct business with you if you have a clear and distinct brand identity since it will help them understand your values.
Create a robust business plan. When you launch a business, a solid business plan may help you define your approach, spot possible obstacles, and figure out what resources you’ll need.
Create powerful marketing strategies. Any business that wants to succeed must have a solid marketing strategy. Social media serves as a strong marketing tool in the present day. Using social media, you can engage deeply with your target audience and meet them wherever they are.
Provide excellent customer service. The most important rule for providing excellent customer service is to be friendly. Always be kind and considerate, and make an effort to smile when you welcome customers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements. In today’s fast-paced and rapidly evolving business world, it’s more important than ever to keep up with the newest trends and innovations.
