Dr. Willis is the CEO of several businesses. She is the founder of BPMI Ladies Club Global Outreach, a non-profit organization that brings women from all walks of life together to help, support, uplift, and give them life skills and tools to improve their lives. She does this through her quarterly empowerment teas she has been hosting now for 9 years in her community. She is affiliated with multiple female organizations.

Dr. Willis is a leadership & Life Coach. She is the CEO and founder of Bpmi Leadership & Lifecoaching where she certifies life coaches and leaders. Through this groundbreaking project, she has assisted countless individuals in achieving their goals in personal and professional lives.

Not only is Dr. Willis a successful businesswoman and Life & Leadership Coach, but she is also a well-known author. With more than 35 books written and co-written, including 15 #1 Amazon bestsellers and 5 international bestsellers, her enthusiasm for empowerment and storytelling is unmatched.

Through her media platform, Keeping It Real With Coach Roz Coming Off Mute Podcast, her books, and her worldwide coaching programs, she encourages individuals to embrace their potential and reminds them that “As long as you’ve got a pulse, you’ve got a purpose.”
