Among these amazing women is Dr. Leshell Dennis, who is well known for her outstanding humanitarian work.

Dr. Dennis has a strong educational background. She holds an associate’s degree in Theology, a master’s degree in Life Coaching, and a master’s degree in Business Administration, among other professional courses.
In 2011, Dr. Dennis founded Absolutely Flawless Woman, an organization focused on empowering women by any means necessary. Absolutely Flawless Women Resource Center provides many different resources and products for the community to help empower youngsters to have a fresh start. It assists women and young ladies that need assistance with food, clothing, education, transportation, housing, and emergency resources. It offers weekly empowerment programs with professional development opportunities. Additional assistance includes child care, elderly and veteran’s care, before-and-after child care, concierge services, nanny services, and summer enrichment.
Service to humanity is service to God. Dr. Dennis’s unwavering determination for serving marginalized communities is highly commendable.
Dr. Dennis is also the founder and CEO of Pamper Me Pink and LaSa Elegant Hair by Lady Dennis, which is a testament to her outstanding leadership and entrepreneurial acumen. She co-owns Pamper Me Pink with Shekinah Fooks. The company offers body contouring services and is dedicated to giving its clients the best experience. Pamper Me Pink, which was founded in 2021, is a prime example of first-rate customer care aimed at boosting women’s self-esteem and body image satisfaction.
In addition to being a renowned humanitarian and entrepreneur, she is also a book author, a public speaker, and a special education certified assistant teacher.
Dr. Dennis’s accomplishments are too many to mention here. She has received many awards, including the 2018 Eagle Excellence Award and the 2023 Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award. She was named one of the top 40 most empowering women in business in Delaware.
